Hi !
My name is Yinyuun (or simply called Yin or Yuun for short) and i'm currently based in the Netherlands - I'm a self-taught artist still studying illustration, concept art, design and animation. If you still have any questions, feel free to reach out through the general contact form.*Note: I don’t have many recent examples for most commission types yet, which is why this project is labeled as “experimental.” I’m still studying and building my portfolio, so my style may vary slightly. Prices are flexible and open to discussion. The prices listed here are general base rates I use as a guideline when calculating commission quotes. Final prices may vary depending on the complexity of characters and details of each request.Since I’m still experimenting and continuing to study and develop my art, custom commissions are always welcome and prices are negotiable.If you have a specific idea in mind or a specific budget, feel free to reach out and I’ll be happy to discuss options together!

Commission Terms of Service
By commissioning artwork, the client agrees to the following terms.Contents
---1. General• The artist reserves the right to decline any commission request for any reason.• Commissions are generally limited to original characters (OC's) or customized player characters from games intended for personal use, due to potential copyright and intellectual property concerns.
---2. Payment• Payment is required upfront before work on a commission begins, unless otherwise agreed.• Payments are currently accepted via PayPal or Ko-fi.• Work on the commission will begin only after the agreed payment has been received.• Payment must not be sent before the commission has been accepted and pricing and invoice details have been confirmed.• Listed guideline prices apply to personal-use commissions only. Additional fees may apply for creator, commercial, or extended usage licenses.
---3. Process & RevisionsCommissions include three approval phases:1. Sketch concept.
2. Lineart.
3. Flat-Colors.• Clients may request revisions within the current phase before approval.• Major changes requested after a phase has been approved may require an additional fee or may no longer be possible (for example: pose changes after the lineart phase).
---4. Turnaround Time• Turnaround time varies depending on complexity and current workload.• Due to an evolving workflow, the maximum estimated turnaround time is up to 4 weeks.• Clients will be notified if significant delays occur.
---5. Refund Policy• A full refund will be issued if the artist cancels the commission after accepting it or is unable to complete the artwork within the previously agreed timeframe.• If the client cancels the commission after the sketch phase, refunds will no longer be issued.
---6. Usage Rights & Licenses• All artwork remains copyright of the artist unless a full copyright buyout is agreed upon in writing. Purchasing a commission does not transfer copyright.
Credit to the artist is required where possible, regardless of license.—Personal Usage License (default):• Artwork may be used for personal/private purposes only such as profile pictures, wallpapers, gifts or personal prints.
• The artwork may not be used for business, advertising, or resale.Monetized Content License:• Artwork may be used on monetized social media or content platforms (e.g., Twitch, YouTube).
• The artwork itself may not be resold or redistributed.
(rates usually increase +50-100% of the base price.)Commercial Merchandising License:• Any big-scaled business-related use (branding, marketing, merchandise, products for sale) requires purchasing a commercial license.
(rates usually increase 2–4× the base price.)
---7. Artist Rights• The artist retains full copyright and ownership of the artwork.
• The artist reserves the right to:
- Post the artwork on social media or portfolio platforms.
- Use the artwork for promotional purposes.If a client prefers the artwork not to be posted publicly, this must be discussed before the commission begin.
