Hi! These commissions are experimental and mainly for practice while I build up my portfolio. I'm still exploring my art style and learning- so the price rate are pretty flexible and negotiable!

These prices are general base rates I use as a guideline to calculate with. Since I’m still experimenting and studying art, custom requests are always open and prices negotiable!

Commission Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms.Contents
---1. General
• Communication and commission discussions will take place through Discord DMs (@yinyuun) unless otherwise agreed. (available alternatives are: bluesky, instagram, twitter, artfight or via e-mail).
• I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
---2. Payment
• Payment is required upfront before work on the commission begins unless agreed upon beforehand.
• Payment is currently only available via PayPal.
• Work will begin generally only after prior agreed upon payment has been received.
---3. Process & Revisions
Commissions include three approval phases:1. Sketch concept
2. Lineart
3. Flat colors• Clients may request unlimited changes within each phase.
• Major changes requested after approval of a phase may require an additional fee or may not be possible.
---4. Turnaround Time
• Turnaround time varies depending on complexity and current workload. As I don't have much experience with my current workflow max turn-around time is to be estimated max. 4 weeks.
• Clients will be notified if significant delays occur.
---5. Refund Policy• Full refunds are issued if the artist cancels the commission or is unable to complete the artwork in agreed time.• If the client cancels the commission after the sketch phase i will generally not accept refund requests.
---6. Usage RightsThe artwork is primarily for personal use.Clients are allowed to:• Use the artwork for personal purposes.
• Use the artwork for streaming content (such as Twitch, YouTube, or other streaming platforms).
• Use the artwork as profile pictures, banners, overlays, or stream assets.
• Share the artwork online with proper credit to the artist.Clients may not:• Claim the artwork as their own.
• Resell the artwork.
• Use the artwork for merchandise (including prints, stickers, apparel, etc.).
• Mint the artwork as NFTs or use it for AI training.If merchandise or other commercial use is desired, it must be discussed and agreed upon beforehand and may require an additional fee.
---7. Artist Rights• I retain full copyright and ownership of the artwork.
• I reserve the right to:• Post the artwork on my social media or portfolio.
• Use the artwork for promotional purposes.If a client prefers the artwork not be posted publicly, this must be discussed beforehand.
